Education and Training

Ongoing personal and professional development is an important part of my mission in life. In pursuit of understanding and wisdom, I continually seek out opportunities where I can learn and grow as a human being and a specialist in a variety of life and business domains. My emphasis has been on gaining theoretical and applied knowledge and experience in the areas of psychology, human performance and effectiveness, learning and development, strategic planning, change management, and organizational design.

I trained extensively at Northwestern University where I earned a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change, a certification in training and development, and a Bachelor of Science cum laude in psychology and organization behavior. Through multiple group and practicum projects, a Master’s thesis, and extended study at Kellogg School of Management, I gained deep insight and practical application that allows me to make a significant impact as an agent of change for both individuals and organizations.

To gain facility with counseling and organizational psychology, I completed additional graduate-level training at Adler School of Professional Psychology. I completed hundreds of hours of coaching training from The Coaches Training Institute and Dave Ellis Leadership and Coach Training, and have been involved in years of personal development work, including a year-long Team, Management and Leadership Program at Landmark Education.
